**Sample and Bulk Order Policies**
1. If you want a sample before placing an order, you must pay for it first.
2. If your sample is in the factory and you proceed with a bulk order, the sample payment will be deducted from your total order cost.
3. If we have already shipped your sample and you proceed with a bulk order of 30 or more pieces, the sample payment will be deducted from the bulk order cost. This applies only if the final order is identical to the sample.
4. To begin a bulk order, a 50% payment is required upfront. Once the order is fully ready, the remaining 50% payment must be received, and only then will we ship the goods.
5. If the customer requests any extra or additional items or services, they will need to pay for them as individual charges.
